Shipping Details

• Origin: Orders are shipped from Hong Kong, China.
• Shipping Priority: Products are shipped on a first-paid, first-served basis after receiving full payment.
• Taxes and Customs: Tax-free, with no customs fees for orders up to 4 devices; larger orders may incur fees.
• Logistics Providers: We partner with DHL, UPS, and other internationally recognized carriers to deliver orders globally. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
• Transfer of Ownership: Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk are transferred to the buyer. IceRiver is not responsible for returns due to tax issues; additional shipping fees apply for returned items.

Warranty

• Coverage Period: A 365-day warranty is provided from the shipping date, covering manufacturing defects and shipping damage.
• Eligibility: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the machine directly from IceRiver Store. Modifying the device will void the warranty.
• Replacement for Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it and cover the shipping cost.
